From a Mother’s Heart is a compilation of stories and poems written by mothers who have lost children, the worst pain there is. The contributors to this book desire to reach out to help comfort and bring hope to other bereaved parents. The book will also help families and friends to understand our grief and know how they can help us through this painful journey. I wish I had a book like this when my daughter and I went through the loss of our children. I gathered the testimonies of others in hopes that by sharing the stages of grief we have been through, along with trying to live a normal life, we could bless and soothe the hearts of others going through the pain of the loss of a child. It’s a good thing to know one is never alone.
